GENESYS 9208 SCALE SLUDGE CONDITIONER
Genesys 9208 is a synergistic blend of inorganic phosphate designed for the control of corrosion and scale in High pressure boiler internals.
Genesys 9208 provides co-ordinate phosphate ratio of 2.6-2.8:1 for boilers operating up to 2000 psig (110 kg/cm2). The specific corrosion inhibitors in Genesys 9208 provide corrosion protection by formation of a passive to protect metal surfaces.

TREATMENT AND DOSAGE
Genesys 9208 can be dosed directly without dilution. Normally a phosphate reserve is maintained in the boiler water. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler systems, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water characteristics.
The product characteristics and viscosity permit easy feeding by on-line dosage pumps. The desired feeding mode is continuous injection to feed water. Control range for your system will be specified by the technical representative servicing the facility.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
• Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. DO NOT take internally.
• In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
• Avoid extremes of temperature and wear gloves and goggles wherever appropriate.
